Verification of rePAPER’s recyclability at a domestic paper manufacturer
: The dissociation rate reached over 98% after 20 ~ 40 min. of repulping at 40℃ and the pulp was entirely used for recycled-paper manufacturing.

Conclusion | It took less time to repulp the scrap paper of rePAPER’s products and the yield was shown to be much better compared to conventional DLK. Furthermore, acrylate-based coatings left no residuals after additional treatment. Hence, it seems possible to use the recycled pulp as raw material. |
